Product features:
Talc, characterized with its lamellar structure, represents one of the most useful mineral fillers which are compatible with the polyethylene (PE). The talc can be easily and uniformly dispersed in the PE matrix.
polyethylene (PE) is one of the most extensively produced polymers, especially widely used in daily life due to its good impact resistance as well as processability. The addition of fillers into PE matrix has been an accepted route to achieve enhancement in material properties or/and cost saving possibilities.
PE talc filler masterbatch is made by pelletizing from talc powder with PE as carrier. Compared with talcum powder, the talc PE filler masterbatch has better processing performance and many advantages in of good toughness, low density, good dispersion, high transparency, good tensile strength and so on. It can greatly reduce production costs and improve product performance.
